Juan Estevan Arellano, award-winning author, who will discuss his book, “Ancient Agriculture: Roots & Application of Sustainable Farming.” Besides being an author and poet, Juan is an environmental activist, farmer and acequia mayordomo. He speaks eloquently about the agricultural traditions of this region. Copies of his book will be available for sale.
