Buyer Services - Purchase Agreement through Closing

Any/All of these Buyer Services Provided as Needed Through Closing

  • Prepare & deliver purchase agreement & appropriate addenda

  • Negotiate counter offers to acceptance or termination

  • Interpret disclosure documents

  • Coordinate & follow through on all deadline & delivery dates

  • Document delivery, receipt and filing to meet laws and regulations

  • Coordination with title company

  • Coordinate & meet with inspectors, surveyor, appraiser, etc. as necessary

  • Online transaction management functions

  • Receive, discuss and help you to negotiate all Document Objections through Resolution

  • Document copying/transcribing

  • Manage compliance with all state and federal laws & regulations

  • Coordinate utility disconnect/reconnect

  • Review HUD-1 with you prior to closing for accuracy

  • Coordinate with & deliver documents to lender, appraiser, etc.

  • Receive, interpret and negotiate property inspection report and repair objections

  • Receive, interpret and negotiate objections to the Survey or Improvement Location Report

  • Provide a CD with all documents we have on file at the end of the transaction

$100/hour, billed in eight hour increments, $800 up front
